I’ve always been passionate about cooking and I’m convinced by the role of nutrition in health and well-being. I believe each organism is different and does not react the same way to food, stress and the environment.
Willing to better understand the impact of food on the body and on the mind, I started studies of nutritherapy (CFNA). Afterwards, I got trained in reflexology, meridians (or our “energetic highways”) and massages and I got fascinated by the power of those traditional approaches on our body.
Today I accompany people willing to optimize their health and well-being, prevent diseases, restore their energy, better control their health, remedy digestive discomfort,.. or simply looking for a moment of self-care and relaxation or willing to know more about nutrition. I propose a personalized and holistic approach, looking to the root causes rather than to symptoms only.
